Prepare your home, daily routines and care arrangements before welcoming a British Shorthair kitten. Our starter pack accompanies the beginning.
What should be ready at home?
Prepare a secure carrier, scratching options, quiet sleeping places and hiding spaces. Food, water and a litter tray should be easy to reach. Ask us which litter and routines your kitten already knows. A prepared daily life matters more than buying lots of new products.
What is in our starter pack?
Kittens leave with familiar wet and dry food for around two weeks, a litter tray and scoop, plenty of toys, personalised LunaLuxFeline™ food bowls and a blanket with familiar scents. Discuss what additional equipment to have ready before collection.
Who provides daily care?
Food, water, litter tray care, play and gentle attention belong to every day. Agree who is responsible and who helps when you are away. Tell us about working hours and existing pets so we can discuss daily life for the individual kitten.
Prepare holiday and veterinary care
Arrange reliable holiday care and a veterinary practice for preventive care and questions. Keep the vaccination record and other documents. Discuss the individual preventive care plan and neutering with the practice; our kittens are placed with a neutering agreement.
Meet the kitten that suits you
Contact Ramona if a kitten interests you. We discuss current availability, your daily life and next steps. You can request a visit or video call. Our kitten page shows who is currently looking for a home.
